i'm glad to have bought this item. i no longer have to plug in my SCR when i need to, it's always plugged in now.
Windows (7) scanned for new hardware, detect SCR and downloaded the drivers for it(internet service required). with no need to plug and unplug, it frees up space on my desk and the need of one of four USB slots(which at times got frustrating). it's also one item less i have to worry about when mobile, now that it stays in my laptop all the time. it's a great item for it's price.
